Acela was born out of the hopes and dreams to lead a business that is ethical, inspiring, accepting and supportive of the partners and the community it serves.

I am Maria Carrillo-Diekema, owner of Acela Business Brokerage. I am an Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) and Business Valuation Analyst who works confidentially, diligently and honorably, to bring business buyers and sellers together.

 

Accredited by the American Business Broker’s Association (ABBA),  a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and over 30 years working in business, I will partner with very small businesses and privately held businesses of several million in sales. 

 

I reside in Zeeland, Michigan where I enjoy life with my husband Dave and my rescue dog, Miles. I am a proud grandmother of six children.  I love the outdoors! You will see me on a mountain bike year-round and cycling gravel roads. I also love to hike the beautiful Michigan trails. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Mountain Biking Association and I am a member of the Lakeshore Latinas professional group.
